 Let’s pause and ground ourselves — together. This check-in pairs reflection with gentle grounding yoga , perfect for slowing down. Grounding practice: Sit with both feet on the floor Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6 Gently twist your torso side to side Stretch your neck slowly, releasing any tightness Now reflect: What has been grounding you lately? Try this simple flow: Sit or stand comfortably and take 3 deep breaths Roll your shoulders slowly, releasing tension Reach your arms overhead and stretch gently side to side Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly, breathing deeply As you move, notice how your body feels — no judgment, no pressure.
