This check-in pairs reflection with gentle grounding yoga, perfect for slowing down.

Grounding practice:

  • Sit with both feet on the floor

  • Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6

  • Gently twist your torso side to side

  • Stretch your neck slowly, releasing any tightness

Now reflect:

  • What has been grounding you lately?

  • Where do you feel supported?

  • What kind of connection do you need right now?
