 Togetherness doesn’t always come from words. Sometimes it begins with movement — slow, intentional, and shared.

Today’s invitation is a gentle yoga moment you can do alone or alongside someone else.

Try this simple flow:

  • Sit or stand comfortably and take 3 deep breaths

  • Roll your shoulders slowly, releasing tension

  • Reach your arms overhead and stretch gently side to side

  • Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly, breathing deeply

As you move, notice how your body feels — no judgment, no pressure.

Movement is a form of care. And when we move together, even in spirit, we create connection ๐Ÿค
