Today’s invitation is a gentle yoga moment you can do alone or alongside someone else.
Try this simple flow:

Sit or stand comfortably and take 3 deep breaths

Roll your shoulders slowly, releasing tension

Reach your arms overhead and stretch gently side to side

Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly, breathing deeply
As you move, notice how your body feels — no judgment, no pressure.
