Take a breath, then ask yourself:

  • How have I really been feeling lately?

  • What has been taking up most of my energy?

  • What’s something I’ve been avoiding — and why?

  • What do I need more of right now?

  • What do I need less of?

You can write these down, think about them quietly, or come back to them later. There’s no right way to do this.

If today feels heavy, that’s okay.
If today feels light, let yourself enjoy it.
Both are allowed here.

Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing the best you can with what you have ๐Ÿค
